Can I arrange to view one of the watches you have for sale?
Sadly we do not provide an opportunity to view any of the watches on site for a number of reasons. Firstly, we put our staff security as an extremely high regard.
Secondly, our watches are stored in multiple locations so you might be enquiring from the UK, when the watch is stocked with our Swedish office. As an alternative,
we provide you with detailed watch information, super high resolution photographs of the actual watch for sale and our seven day full refund guarantee.
Are the photographs on the website of the actual watch for sale?
Yes, all the photographs published on the website are of the actual watch for sale. Click on any photograph to enlage the high resolution version of that picture.
How do I buy a watch from Mayfair Watches?
Buying a watch from Mayfair Watches is made an easy and pleasant experience for all our clients. Simply click the "Make Offer for this Watch" button next to the watch
you would like to purchase and make your offer. If your offer is acceptable for that particular watch, we will contact you to confirm your offer and issue an invoice containing payment options and instructions.
Why do you give the option to make an offer for a watch?
The asking price for our watches depends on a number of varying factors including brand, model, condition, popularity and our aquisition costs. With a view to ensurig
that our clients are happy with thier purchase and the price they have paid, coupled with a business model that sees us turnover a large volume with small margins, we
can sometimes accept reasonable offer on some selected watches.
How can I pay for a watch?
Currently we accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer Only.
Do you accept Pay Pal from all countries?
There are some countries from which we will not accept Pay Pal payments.

first to ensure it is available to you.
I'm looking for a particular watch. Are you able to source it for me?
Whilst we make every effort to source the very best watches available for our inventory, sourcing specific watches at a specific time for our clients can be problematic. We suggest you
signup to our members newsletter to keep updated about new watches available.
How often does your inventory change?
Our watch inventory changes on a daily basis.
How do you ship your watches to customers?
Watches are shipped to our customers using any of the available shipping companies delivering to the customers location. All watches are covered with dense plastic for protection and
packaged with thier origional manufacturers boxes (if present), then wrapped in bubble wrap for additional protection and shipped in an external unmarked box.
As standard, all watches are shipped out the very next day after payment of cleared funds are received. If you would like to add full replacement value insurance to the delivery, please contact us for a quote.
What is your 7 day money back guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we extend to you the opportunity to return the watch for a full refund. The watch must be returned in exactly the same condition
as it was shipped to you. Any damage caused whilst in your possession which requires attention will be deducted from any refund.
Do you give any warranty on used or pre-owned watches that you sell?
Every used or pre-owned watch that we sell (excluding trade sales) comes with a 12 month
warranty alongside any remaining manufacturer warranty. Should your watch stop working for
any reason other than damage caused by you, we will repair it free of charge for the duration
of your warranty. Please note our warranty is not applicable to any new watches.
